england would've lost that game, the emotional baggage in this type of game requires both superior talent and amazing fighting spirit. Only a real contender or a very talented&resilient team could've pulled of what Croatia did. That was an absolutely insane game tbh and I honestly don't think England could beat Russia. btw my guide here in Russia (nig I know from the 90s, good man, knows his way with people) told me that there were rumors since january that the russian team did military resistance training .. basically wake them up in the middle of the night and make 'em run till they drop of exhaustion, psychological training, alternating temperature training (train 1 week in siberia, 1 week in sochi, 1 week in baltic, etc). I've read about this in school tbh so I know the soviets did it also for some of their pre-70s teams, before the rise of stanozolol (roids). Smh I've never seen a team run so much, also in ing Sochi were it's hot as balls and also humid .. all game I was. The only football game were I saw many players slip out of exhaustion. Big props to the Croat team .. that was an absolute CLASSIC game.

And we have come a long way on endurance training old stupid methods. Which is why we are so close to seeing a sub 2 hr marathon. Look at all the endurance records in the 70s... Not even close. Guides are really good exercise physiologists. So you go with that. We have better methods for training today than ever. And really good chemical methods if you know the proper tails with EPO, which the Russians do.
