    No smugness here. I am thrilled for Curry and Livingston. Curry because it's insane what he can do from long range. Livingston because I remember when he tore the 3 ligaments and fractured his knee cap that you can only wish him well for the success he finally found after 8 teams in 9 years journeyman career. I don't care about the Spurs hating the Warriors. That's your crux to bear. I bet my co-worker who is a diehard Ohioan ans an Ohioan sports fan. So I'm sitting well.

    It's like I've said before: players pandering to Kobe all the time is a business move. China is a huge market full of Kobe stans, and their marketing people are probably telling them that kissing Kobe's ass can help them build their own brand in that market.

    Meanwhile, when star free agents had the opportunity to actually play with Kobe, they avoided the Lakers like the plague.
