Figure the top three are made up of Rodgers, Brady, and Brees, but the next seven are kinda up in the air. What is ST's opinion?

    Rodgers
    Brady
    Brees
Luck (if he's ever healthy again)
    Rivers
    Stafford
    Big Rape
    Wentz
    Ryan
    Carr

    HM: Foles, Garoppolo

pretty generous to have Carr there... he wasn't even a top 16 qb last year, but i appreciate him getting the benefit of the doubt coming off a bad season after he had two top 10 seasons.

    i'd go

    Rodgers
    Brady
    Wentz
    Brees
    Rivers
Luck (giving him benefit of the doubt)
    Ryan
    Wilson
    Ben (too inconsistent)
    Stafford

    clearly you're new here

on ST russell wilson is a below average quarterback, and in Clipper Nation's world he's not NFL caliber at all... while on the other end of the spectrum Avante thinks he's an all time great

Taking everything there is to judge a QB by...

    wins
    playoff success
    QB rating
    TD/INT
    NFL records
    comp %

I will give longevity at the top major props.

So when taking everything into account.

Aaron Rodgers 103.8 career QB rating, that is as good as it gets from an historical perspective.
    Tom Brady 97.6
    Drew Brees 96,7
Russell Wilson 98.8....only Rodgers beats this.
    Big Ben...94.0
    Philip Rivers...94.8
    Matt Ryan...93.4
    Matt Stafford...88.3
    Andrew Luck...87.3
    Alex Smith....87.4

Carson Wentz simply has too little NFL experience to belong ahead of any of those listed.

Derek Carr deserves mention. As does Eli Manning.

    Jimmy G, Goff, still....?

Obviously ya can't talk the top NFL QB's of ALL TIME actually without talk of the amazing TOM SAVAGE THE BEST QB IN TEXAS.......yep....PERIOD~~~~~~~~

How many of those mentioned above have won a SB? Own NFL records, have led the NFL in TD passes and QB rating? Own the best win lose %? Never missed a game in his career. Started from day one. Yep.............................RUSSELL WILSON. Who also has rushed for more yards than anybody listed above.

If we looked at all those I listed above the best at under 30............Russell Wilson. What he has done in his first six seasons is better than what any of the others accomplished. Go ahead check it out.

Five pro bowls in hix first six seasons, who listed above can say that but Russell Wilson?

    Carr comp% 61.3, QB rating 87.5
    Foles 60.1, 87.4
Wilson 64.0, 98.8...second best in history

Wilson owns a number of NFL firsts and records. That can't be said about about Carr/Foles.

Wilson has led the NFL in TD passes and QB rating, that can't be said about Carr/Foles.

Wilson has never missed a game, that can't be said about Carr/Foles.

So much fuss over Wilson, tons of this sort of thing out there, only a football know nothing wouldn't get this.

The below from an article about is Wilsoin the best young QB....EVER~~~~~~~~ He did have the best first six seasons....EVER~~~~~~~~~

Russell Wilson vs. Modern Era Young Quarterbacks

I’m fully aware that “Modern Era” is a dumb way to phrase this, but with this section, I’ll be talking through quarterbacks from 2000 through 2009.
Who’s contained in this group? Oh, you know, just a few Super Bowl champion gunslingers, including one of the best quarterbacks to ever live. No big deal.
The “Modern Era Young Quarterbacks” (it’s still dumb, I know) include names like Matt Ryan, Joe Flacco, Jay Cutler, Alex Smith, Carson Palmer, Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning, Marc Bulger and this guy who plays for the Patriots.
Because we’re analyzing more years here (2000 through 2009), the sample size is larger. And with a larger sample size, Russell Wilson’s got tougher compe ion.
Before we get started, can we just throw Alex Smith out of this discussion? Thanks.
Unlike the current young passers, the quarterbacks in this group have clearly played more than three seasons, the limitations I set when defining a young quarterback. But once you played three years, you’re no longer an inexperienced passer. Therefore, there’s no reason for me to analyze Tom Brady’s 2007 season – I’m only going to look at 2000 to 2002, Tom Brady’s first three seasons in the league.
Just like the table above, below are the numbers for each quarterback involved in this group.
Quarterback Passing NEP per Season Passing NEP/P Total NEP per Season
    Matt Ryan 83.94 0.17 89.15
    Joe Flacco 32.16 0.06 31.45
    Jay Cutler 56.61 0.13 53.86
    Carson Palmer 41.53 0.08 45.25
    Ben Roethlisberger 45.61 0.12 52.21
    Eli Manning 3.23 0.00 5.37
    Marc Bulger 45.30 0.10 48.72
    Tom Brady 16.61 0.03 18.00
    Russell Wilson 79.34 0.18 104.84

Joe Montana, Slingin' Sammy Baugh, Otto Graham, Johnny U, Fran Tarkenton, Bart Starr, Joe Namath, Roger the Dodger, Bradshaw, Marino, Young, Moon, Elway, Brady, Favre, Rodgers, Brees, Peyton, ....TOM SAVAGE....never ..

    passed for over 4000 yards
    had over 30 passing TD's
    rushed for over 500 yards

...in a season, only one QB in history has ever done that, yep..................Russell Wilson, and he came up 18 yards short of doing it again last season.

What QB holds the NFL record for mosrt TD passes in the 4th Q in a season, yep.....Russell Wilson.

Only one QB in history has ever started his career with back to back 100.0 QB ratings, yep.....Russell Wilson.

I challenge anyone to give me the QB who did it better than what Wilson has done in their first six seasons, come on, where he is?

How in the could anyone who follows football not get this?

Nick Foles is on there because he's had stretches of looking monstrous and having a dominant playoff run. Carr has had an MVP-caliber season and a great rookie year. Struggle has yet to prove he can win without an elite defense. If he finds a way to take Seattle to the playoffs next season I'll have him in my Top 10.

Who was his TE, how many stud receivers did he have?

So the with Terry Brashaw, Bart Starr, right? Both played on teams with 8 HOFers on them, they made 9. Peyton had Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne. Johnny U had HOFers Ray Berry, Lenny Moore, John Mackey. Montana had Rice, Taylor, Craig.

    Dude, your ignorance is showing.

Last season Wilson was running for his life, but....MVP talk, Pro Bowl, led the NFL with 34 TD passes.

When the guy is ranked in the top 15 NFLers by the players, now what?

I;ve seen then all since the late 50's, never seen a better QB right out of the gate than Russell Wilson, cat just walked in and started setting records.

What??? Dude, stop with that silly , ok?

Where was Otto Graham without Levelli and Speedie, Motley? Where was Marino without the Marks bros? Where is Rice without Montana and Young? Where was Norm Van Brocklin without Tom Fears "Crazy Legs" Hirsh, Paul "Tank" Younger, "Deacon" Dan Towler, where was Don Maynard without Joe Namath, and on and on and on......Andre Reed without Jim Kelly.

Come on guy that 's all BS, ok? , where was Emmitt behind that line Barry was behind?

Dude, you've never seen Wilson play or what? So when those TV guys are freaking out with.....magical...only he can make that play.....how does he do that...amazing...what are you thinking?
