If the Rockets lose tonight, it will be a short series.

im hoping for a warriors sweep.

i still dislike durant and especially dislike that he decided to tilt the nba by hopping onto a 72 win team... but houston is the most egregious flopping team i've ever seen. i'd rather have a superteam come and go than having flopping become more rewarded.

going with rockets... kinda a homer pick since i'm a big cp3 fan.

warriors won't have an answer for capela... but it ultimately comes down to how much of a got harden plays like. he plays lackadaisical pretty often. if he plays locked in the whole series then i got the rockets in 6.
Clint is not an issue for GS. They defend the PnR better than anyone. GS only “weakness” is an offensive big man like LMA that can get into the post and create on his own and operate from the elbow. GS has to double (like they did with LMA all series).

A roll man like Clint is not going to do much on offense vs GS

Its not the popular choice and the odds are stacked against them but I really like Houston's chances here. CP3 just needs to continue to be that offensive safety net and figure out a way to limit Curry's production - a task he's done with success this year. Houston was built systematically from top to bottom to beat GS and If the role players can sink what the Warriors defense can give them, then I see an upset.

One concern- Harden's been playing way below his level in the first 2 rounds. 40% shooting isn't going to cut it. Optimistically, there's no way he'll continue playing at that pace. He's due for an excellent series- at least, that's what you should hope for if you want the Rockets to continue their success. Cherry on top if Eric Gordon decides to join him.

It's going to be a tough series, but I have my money on Houston. They have great defenders (Mbha Moute, Ariza, Tucker) and can match GS' offensive prowess. This isn't your MDA Suns folks, they can play on both ends of the floor.
My prediction checks out so far. One big surprise is Harden's defense to make up for his absence on the offensive end (Game 4). They just really need an MVP performance caliber from Harden to win 2 out of 3. He's due for a hot shooting streak.

I don't see Tucker replicating the same offensive production in Game 2, someone else needs to contribute. Gerald Green, perhaps?

Also, HCA is going to be a tremendous advantage for a team already averaging more FTA in this series, Rockets is going to be difficult to beat at home in 7. Rox fan should feel very optimistic right now.

Yes. Houston's only chance is to push it to 7 at home. If they lose game 5 it's over.

I don't know. Some people thought the series was over once Golden State won game 1. Then again after the 40 point win in game 3, some suggested the series was over.

That said, obviously the game 5 winner will be sitting pretty. I'm hoping it's as compe ive as game 4, but with better actual basketball.

    10-1 after Game 4?

My guts telling me the Laker-Warrior fix is on and that's why this too-good-to-be-true offer is being made.

10-1 was before G4. But they did try to rig it at the end there putting 0.5 on the clock when it should've been 0.1

I was very surprised a foul was not called on whomever was guarding Klanus on that final shot. I think the Rocket did graze him before the shot. WarriorRef did not come to the rescue.
