big three.
i forgot all about caleb. think he iced it with the freebies.
Hardy with the rare "intentional foul in a three-point game with 34 seconds left"![]()
The entire squad is trash outside White, Walker, Metu, and maybe Blossomgame.
nice run at the end but too late to pull it off. walker with a goose egg in the 2nd half but spurs were awful to start the half and the 4th was just a pick up game and no flow. plus, he was out for a good portion of that half with whatever little 'injury' he had.
If you are trying to rely on Walker to play a significant role this coming year, then the Spurs are a lottery team in the making. Walker needs time and reps. The only place that happens is in Austin.
He definitely needs to go get Blossomgame, Metu, and himself a nice G League championship run. With some Regular season burn toward the back end, maybe even a couple rest games and playoff blowouts.
All I'm saying is that our chances of going anywhere this year are <0.01% with the roster we have atm. Might as well throw him in the fire, let him get those reps in the big league and see what happens.
If "relying" on Lonnie to play a small role is enough to put the Spurs in the lottery then maybe they are not very good to begin with, tbh.
agree...unfortunately. Has skills (good shooting, can jump, can defend) but on offense his shot selection is terrible and he doesn't take care of the ball and on defense he's often lost ...also his passing his suspect. I'm doubting his iq but maybe is just lack of experience at this superior level...
We're bound to get something for Leonard, don't think we're Lottery bound.
walker does appear lost out there at times but, to be fair, the team has had no cohesion whatsoever when white is not running the team.
This shows what an impact White makes on the game his is a PG that makes it easier for other players to get easy shots and dunks etc.
As far as Walker the kid is going to be good people forget he is not a top ten draft pick so he is going to need time to grow. He has the physical ability speed, Ball skills, the big thing is now Heart and Work ethic. Those two things will determine how successful he will be in the NBA and in life.
So you got this guy and Murray in the backcourt?
Why didn't Metu play? Was he injured?
Haha. No.
those shoes worth more then balls!
That put back dunk was pretty sick
