I think the problem is that he played games and dragged the franchise name in the mud. If he just said he likes LA and wants to live there and play there, then more power to him. But by claiming the Spurs are no fun, their doctors are incompetent, degrading the organization, and apparently faking or exaggerating an injury to not play, he gets a black eye in how he played.

If he left like Gordon Hayward, then more power to him because he earned the right to be a free agent. But that's now what happened here.

Yep he needs to go to the Clippers and be coached by Doc Rivers. Lord knows that mother er has proven to be a genius over the years, and his players just love him. I wouldn't even consider that truthfully. He still remembers the '00s battles. I will gaurantee popovich doesn't trade a healthy Leonard to LA without acquiring a ton of assets in return. Ingram, Kuzma, and Ball (Aka 1st round pick) at minimum would all be headed here in any trade. LA will be stripped bare before San Antonio sends them a top ten player, fully developed by the organization.
