wemby has a habit of reaching to try to poke the ball, and embiid is the biggest rip-through merchant in the game. not just from the jab step, but even when driving. sometimes goes up early after just 1 step, kinda unnaturally, just to catch the defender with the rip.

Yup. Embiid is a legit superstar and not just skilled but tremendous size and experience. Exciting matchup.

On the flip side, I do wonder if Tobias Harris is a FA target for Spurs next year? Not sure SA can afford him or if he’d even want to come, but he seems like he would fit at the 4 very well and make sense on some levels.

It’s not a strong FA class, I think SA wants some vets who can contribute more than Doug/Cedi and theres not a lot of options that I see that can fit that bill…

I am very pleased with Jones as the starting PG. He may not be a top tier starting PG, but he is absolutely the best option we have at this very moment. Had Pop started him from the beginning, our record would be better and Wemby's stats would be even more ridiculous, even with the minutes restriction.
