I think we could convince Butler to stay if we trade for him, tbh.
Unless Derozan asks for a trade (Assuming Derozan is the only way to get Butler - probably is), Spurs would not put that man through more trade rumors. This guy is obviously sensitive. I think Spurs only move on this guy because inside and out (besides 3 pt scoring and defense) he is Spurs material.

He only becomes available if his reported fued with Wiggins gets him to tell Minnesota that he won't re-sign. On the flip side he could tell them he would re-sign only if they move Wiggins, which would make him available.

DD wouldn't work for them unless we took someone like dieng as well. They are worried about the cap and I don't think they'd take the salary on.
