because both things are related
Personality-wise, he sounds like a great fit. Aldridge is a bit surly and disagreeable and there needs to be a more charming face to the franchise. Yet DeRozan isn't really an 'ego' guy, so won't actually be stepping on LMA's toes.
Hearing it first hand from the guru himself. Awesome. I bet this happened earlier, we’d be seeing bigger names knocking to be coached by this guy. I hope he talks more with Kyrie and Butler, maybe starts giving them ideas where to bring their talents next year. But I’m sure some free agents will be getting ideas having personally experienced finally being coached by the best
I’m so happy for Pop tbh. After what has happened the last 2 years this gotta be some needed therapy.
so hyped after losing a player we all saw as the next gen of spurs bball and instead turned out to be nothing more than fools gold.
yeah!
indeed.![]()
The players are cracking up as much as I am.
I hope you guys don’t have a mental meltdown #2 when DeRozan opts out in 2 years
For sure he willunless FO gets better players to surround him or get a legit chance to beat the Dubs
I’m expecting it.
In 2020, DJ will be a 4 year vet, White a 3 year vet, and LW4 will have two years experience. We’ll have a solid guard corps.
If we treat him right, which we will, he will stay no doubt.
Great to see Pop in action, and getting the good word from DDR.
but going to get your arses handed to you by Australia.
