so much for the internet blackout of Ben Garrison
was going to say, so he wasn't censored at all...
the clear suggestion by Chris and others is that popular digital platforms are the public square and should be forced to accommodate views they find repugnant.
The irony that he'll likely always have a place in fake news sites like https://bigleaguepolitics.com/...
You didn't read the article.
Apparently, the host said they had some technical problems. Fixed the problems, his site is back up.
That's some very inefficient censorship.
yeah but as the article said the site worked before and after the "code" problem so it's probably a censorship conspiracy.
Ben Garrison had some problems with his host. characterizing it as censorship seems a reach to me, what convinces you it was a conspiracy to silence Ben Garrison for a few hours?
I honestly didn't think blue font was necessary
AFAIK, his twitter was up all the time during this alleged 'incident'. I don't see the censorship here at all. Especially after he was told what was going on, and apparently, brought him right back up.
And honestly, if he really feels that way, there's ways to seek remedy for that. It's not that the judiciary will turn him away if he has legit evidence of censorship or a breach of contract.

It wasn't, tbh... was just commenting in general.
Oh okay, but you have to admit that something working before it breaks and then working after it is fixed seems su ious.

Nevermind
I happen to work with this stuff a lot, tbh... not sure what hosting place was this, but even amazon sometimes will go down at times. Smaller shops sometimes find they have a virus, install new equipment, etc.
Without more details of what transpired, it's hard to tell.

Sounds like he had some ed up code that was affecting their system
and they don't know code bloat is a real thingOn Sunday afternoon after posting his most recent cartoon post led “Ten Reasons Not to Mourn McCain” his website was taken down for over 8 hours indicating that apparently he had some code that was “bloated” and said they needed to rectify it unless they rectified and it didn’t make sense as to how it worked earlier and suddenly didn’t . He later found out that the problem was his John McCain cartoon .
