Schools been punishing gifted students for years by mixing them with students who don't care. This just a continuation of that.

Watch the whole video. You missed the part about so-called "judicial arrest warrants" which to my knowledge is uncons utional. Federal law does not require ICE to have a "judicial arrest warrant" to take illegal aliens into custody.
i did watch the whole video, though the second half was more preachy than legal in nature.
if the rule was that ICE required a judicial arrest warrant to take any illegal immigrant into custody, then yes that would likely be uncons utional. but thats not the case here. ICE is free to go knocking on doors and commit raids and detain whoever they need to without any sort of "judicial arrest warrant"
that special warrant is an exception where the municipality will agree to hand over somebody from their custody directly to ICE (something that they cons utionally are not required to do at all)

santa clara cannot be compelled to do the federal government's bidding for them. i would think people in favor of state rights and who constantly express fear of federal government tyranny would be able to sympathize
if ICE wants to conduct raids in Santa Clara and detain illegal immigrants, they are still able to do so without any restriction. there's no lordship there. santa clara is just declining to participate and aid the feds efforts. they are granting exceptions in cases where judicial arrest warrants have been granted, in which case they will agree to hand over people in their custody (something they are not required to do at all, per the cons ution)

my favorite thing to do while out in LA recently was demanding plastic straws at every restaurant i visited. i was given a paper straw at the first restaurant i went to and tried it for a second but the damn thing turned into a ty pixiestick that's been chewed on for some time. paper straws are worthless just like socialism and the commies in california.
