That's a good thing. That's the opposite of tyranny.
It doesn't matter who voted for what. We don't have a system designed for one individual to just do whatever the he wants.
That's a good thing. That's the opposite of tyranny.
Well, right now Newsom gets to decide wholly on his own accord who work and who doesn't.
And his gestapo just decided that people cannot protest.
You just sperm shield, bruh.
Not really, no. There are rules for protesting. If the protestors will follow the rules, they can protest. If they will not, they won't. This stuff always existed (ie: requiring a permit, having a designated zone, etc)
Sorry, the protestor rights end where the non-protestors' rights begin, and we have a temporary emergency situation at the moment (which, BTW, isn't new either)
They're patronizing you, blakehole.
This is America. The day you can't protest the government is the beginning of the end.
Not at all, they're showing due consideration for the safety of others, and themselves.
It costs nothing.
Six feet of distance gonna save 'em fer sure
Taking no precautions courts infection; masks and social distancing work. Not perfectly, but certainly better than nothing.
They could still be protesting if they had any discipline at all.
You can (still) protest if you follow the rules. That was America before, during and after COVID.
Except the rules can un-democratically be changed because.
All they had to do was keep some spacing. They could be out there right now.
That's not why they claimed they were taking away the rights. Nice try.
What was the claim?
Rules change all the time based on a plethora of situations. Things like a presidential caravan coming to town, a public emergency, riots, etc.
And you still get to have your day in court and challenge them in our justice system if you feel strongly about it and have the dough.
Again, far from tyranny... obviously, if all you gonna do is yell at clouds, then yeah, don't expect to be taken seriously.
The court has upheld the police state. They have an extreme bias in favor of governmental en ies in the second place.
Courts simply enforce the laws of the land, they don't legislate. You just don't like the laws that give governors certain temporary authorities while there's a public emergency.
You should run on that platform, and also explain why you Americans to die, tbh...
well, that was a quick walkback...
