Parker said "fostering an environment of openness and accountability" remains his top priority and he was "grateful for employees" who have spoken up.
Nike is changing its human resources process and implementing new employee training and manager and leadership development programs, Parker said. By the end of the month, 10,000 managers will have completed a training program.
"We are absolutely focused and committed to creating an environment of inclusivity and diversity and empowerment and respect," Parker said.
