He better pray the injury doesn't become chronic ala Kobe. Otherwise, Russ is completely ed without his athleticism and not much else (skill wise) to fall back on.

Even if just a few could impact West race. Only a few games separated 3-9 last year.

Thunder will surge while he's out. He'll return and they'll drop off the radar due to "adjustments Russ saw that needed to be made".
His game will definitely not age gracefully
Dude is going to age worse than my boy Tony Parker who also depended on speed but at least wasn't stupid, could hit a reliable midrange J, and run an offense.
