IMO:

That would have been the best tack for him to take. Sure, attacking Democrats might work, but it's hard to do that without indirectly attacking someone who MOST of America sees as a very credible victim of violence.

I think he handled this so poorly that it's actually incredibly surreal. It's often indicative of guilt to be so aggressively angry and defensive at the same time.

Kavanaugh has clearly, openly lied, as many of his statements are in direct contradiction with each other.

Durbin lobbed a grenade at Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh froze and Lindsey Graham jumped on it and saved him for the time being lol. Lindsey Graham seems to have given Brett a backbone and he seems more confident and at the same time he’s making himself look like an ass with the female senators not answering their questions and instead asking them questions and mocking them. It’s high schoolish and that stuff doesn’t go unnoticed. It's not becoming of a mature man who wants to sit on the Supreme Court.
