The proof happens when the corrupt GOP - stops this charade, asks the White House to authorize the FBI to investigate and then wait until the FBI either clears the guy or finds evidence.
If the FBI clears him - then they can go on with their process and confirm the guy.
If the woman makes a formal accusation under the penalty of perjury and her story proves to be lies - she can be charged with a crime for false statements.
The corrupt GOP will not do this.
The White House will not ask the FBI to investigate.
