Pence is connected to this shiiiiiiiiiiiiit?
They ALL going down.
Someone sent a full report to Senator Durbin? No wonder he was tryna punk Kavanagh.
I also saw Alyssa Milano in the courtroom. I'm sure she has the goods too:
The American Bar Association had concerns about Kavanaugh 12 years ago. Republicans dismissed those, too.
History repeated itself.
At least it had a spell of deja vu when the American Bar Association released an extraordinary statement at a crucial moment that raised concerns about Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh’s nomination to a powerful judicial position —
just as it had done 12 years earlier.
Late Thursday evening, the ABA called for an FBI investigation into sexual assault allegations against Kavanaugh before the Senate Judiciary Committee voted on his Supreme Court nomination.
The warning was all the more remarkable, because just hours earlier, Kavanaugh and his Republican defenders had cited the ABA’s previously glowing endorsement of the nominee
Democrats for three years had been blocking President George W. Bush’s 2003 nomination of Kavanaugh to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
They argued he was biased,
as shown by his work as a lawyer for Bush’s presidential campaign,
for an independent counsel’s investigation into President Bill Clinton and
for other conservative causes.
But in May 2006, as Republicans hoped to finally push Kavanaugh’s nomination across the finish line,
the ABA downgraded its endorsement.
The group’s judicial investigator had recently interviewed dozens of lawyers, judges and others who had worked with Kavanaugh,
the ABA announced at the time, and some of them raised red flags about “his professional experience and the question of his freedom from bias and open-mindedness.”
concerned about the nominee’s ability to be balanced and fair should he assume a federal judgeship
A particular judge had told the ABA that Kavanaugh had been “sanctimonious” during an oral argument in court.
Several lawyers considered him inexperienced, and
one said he “dissembled” in the courtroom.
it downgraded the rating of the nominee to simply “qualified” —
meaning he met the ABA’s standards to become a judge but was not necessarily an outstanding candidate.
Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) argued. “Predictably, of course, some are already launching a campaign to denigrate the ABA.”
“Based on your going through that experience, would you recommend that we continue to consult the ABA when it comes to judges?”
Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.) asked Kavanaugh, who laughed and declined to answer.

iow, K is the IDEAL, HIGHLY EXPERIENCE, HIGHLY QUALIFIED RAT ER, to become an extremely biased-for-oligarchy rat er-in-SCOTUS-robe.
Graham said in a very loud non-whisper
what every sensible, fair-minded person was surely thinking:
The hearings
that ultimately brought both Kavanaugh and Ford to tears were
driven by a partisan quest for power without regard for the human collateral damage.

Colbert tells K to off
Stephen Colbert got angry last night. It was Amazing.
Through out the segment Mr. Colbert was his usual humorous self until the very end.
Then a change occurred as he dropped the schtick and spoke directly to the camera.
The next sound you heard was not the Emmy award winning Comedian but
the father of a now grown daughter and one of the few TV personalities willing to call out the Emperor (Chris, Rachel, Lawrence and FSM help me Sheppard being the few exceptions).
It was jaw dropping because anger is not something Mr. Colbert usually does.
“You really need a better weatherman.
Because let me tell you, brother, this is the whirlwind,” Colbert said.
“And the wind was sewn when Donald Trump had 19 credible allegations of sexual assault against him,
bragged about sexual assault on tape and
your Republican buddies up on that committee said,
‘Yeah, but we want our guy on the Supreme Court.’
And that’s you, Brett.
That doesn’t mean you’re guilty.
But please save your indignation that finally someone is taking one woman’s accusation of sexual assault seriously.”

Cornyn: 'Cruel' to make Mark Judge testify because he has anxiety. (Like Christine Blasey Ford.)
Republicans really, really don’t want Mark Judge to testify in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Friday morning,
Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) rehashed Thursday’s claim that having Judge testify about his memories (or lack thereof) of the sexual assault allegations against Brett Kavanaugh
would be pointless since Judge has already in a “statement under penalty of felony” denied having been involved in such an incident.
And, just as Republicans claim to think that having the FBI investigate the allegations would be pointless,
apparently asking Judge questions couldn’t possibly yield new information.
But that wasn’t Cornyn’s only objection.
Noting that Judge has spoken not only of his struggles with alcoholism but of anxiety and a fear of public speaking, Cornyn moralized:https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2018/9/28/1799638/-Cornyn-Cruel-to-make-Mark-Judge-testify-because-he-has-anxiety-Like-Christine-Blasey-Ford?detail=emaildkre
Our colleagues across the aisle believe that the appropriate course of conduct is to drag Mr. Judge into
this circus-like atmosphere
and to subject his battle with alcoholism and
addiction
to public investigation and scrutiny and ridicule.
That is cruel.
It is reckless.
That is indecent.

I'm reading that the WH won't make the FBI interview the other two accusers. If that happens, I predict Avenatti will go public before the vote next week.
Trump thinks he slick. When the house and Senate are flipped, impeachment proceedings will begin in this order:
1) Kavanagh. Why?
Short term: he can't protect Trump from Mueller.
Long term: Get him out of that lifetime appointment.
Boiled down: a blue house and Senate will choose a blue Supreme Court justice. 5 Ds, 4 Rs
2) Trump - and probably Pence too. For obvious reasons.
wheat tripping. If the FBI finds something criminal, they won't turn a blind eye.
Lkfan doing some heavy lifting up in here.
Will rapey brett offer the fbi agents some beer during his interview?
Trash, K, Graham, Repugs, oligarchy, this is what the American military die for, commit 20 suicides/day for?
He's McCabe's lawyer, too.
