Because there isn't enough evidence to justify an FBI investigation. Waste of time. This behavior should not be encouraged. Again, if he did this, AND the FBI can uncover it, and you are SO sure of that, then just wait, he's not going anywhere. Lifetime appointment. The mileage the democrats could get over Senators putting an actual rapist on the court, despite their protests, would rival Watergate repercussions. I, as a conservative, am willing to take the risk. I am convinced, based on the utter lack of evidence or corroboration, that the charges are baseless.
Kavanaugh classmate throws cold water on his claims of virginity: ‘He claimed otherwise during freshman year’

Three new allegations against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee show the dangers of a hasty process.
https://www.theatlantic.com/politics...venatti/571090The one overriding theme of Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court has been haste, and the three new allegations of sexual misconduct against him that surfaced in the past day—bringing the total to four—suggest a motivation for Republican hurry, as well as demonstrate its dangers.
Sunday evening, The New Yorker reported on allegations by Deborah Ramirez, a woman who attended Yale with Kavanaugh, that he had “exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.” Later in the evening, Michael Avenatti, the lawyer who represents Stormy Daniels, posted an email laying out allegations that Kavanaugh might have been present at gang rapes in high school organized by a friend. Monday morning, a local paper in Montgomery County, Maryland, reported that police there are examining another allegation from the 1980s.
At this rate he should stop trying for SCOTUS and seek the Republican nomination for president.
"not enough evidence".
for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to re-open their background investigation.
How can we know about any corroboration without an investigation by the federal agency with that word in it's name?
Dude had a list of 65 women ready to go within 15 minutes of the first charges surfacing. No one innocent has that. No one.
Each new allegation more flimsy than the last. That New Yorker piece needs to go in the journalistic dustbin of history. And Avenatti‘s imaginary friend needs to appear soon. Avenatti Twitter on lockdown at the moment.

But, I won’t accuse you of lying.
He's flawed because he's a partisan s bag who claims presidents shouldn't be under investigation even though he was part of Ken Starr's team that went after Clinton. I have no idea if the sexual assault allegations are true or not but they wouldn't surprise me given his lack of character. I hope they completely derail his confirmation and force our Dear Leader to move on to someone else.
Amazing how flimsy these allegations always seem to be when it is against Republicans, you dumbass stick.
Seems to me like the only metric for how believable you find a woman's claim is whether the person who did the raping or assault was a Republican.
Then it's just fine with you, because Republicans never do that, and all the claims are always made up. Case closed. You should be on the ing FBI's payroll. What a genius.
Fair enough . A matter of hours.
A mistake in facts, easily rectified by posting something relevant.

Most people are smart enough to realize that when you said "15 minutes" you meant it colloquially.
Of course, most people don't have to split hairs in a sad attempt to prove someone isn't a sexual predator.
As I said before his tortured, Kafkaesque rulings on det abortion case should make him lose his current job much less get him promoted.
HAHAHA YOU SAID 15 MINUTES IT WAS ACTUALLY 3 HOURS SO HES INNOCENT
#nothowthisworks
He said the person will come forward in 48 hours.
Darrin mad about grandstanding, something Trump does on a daily basis.
Detective DarrinS is on the case.
(door swings open, a tearful woman enters, sits down at Detective Darrin's desk)
Woman: (sniffs) I had a man attack me...
Detective Darrin (sits up in chair): That certainly sounds horrible. Tell me was your attacker wearing anything showing party affiliation?
Woman: (confused), he was wearing a red hat with the words "make America" something.
Detective Darrin: AHA, LAIR, you must be making it up, those people never do anything of the sort. I am calling the police to report your crime now! CASE CLOSED!
(fade to red)

Can't produce 90+% of his relevant legal papers, but somehow can find a calendar from 1982.
Agreed, what a piece of Kavanaugh is.
“At the age of 24, I found out I’d be attending a dinner at my boss’s house with Justice Clarence Thomas,” Moira Smith posted from her since-deactivated Facebook account. “I was so incredibly excited to meet him, rough confirmation hearings notwithstanding. He was charming in many ways—giant, booming laugh, charismatic, approachable.”
“But to my complete shock, he groped me while I was setting the table, suggesting I should sit ‘right next to him,’” she said. “When I feebly explained that I’d been assigned to the other table, he groped again…’are you *sure*??’ I said I was and proceeded to keep my distance.”

Seems like Thomas is a creepy groper.
But hey, I'm sure that since Thomas is a Republican, he didn't do it. Right?
In 2009 Republicans had plausible deniability that they weren't a nationalist party and were instead a conservative party. After they elected Trump by a landslide over conservatives like Cruz and Kasich it's plain as day though. They elected a guy whose entire early campaign was about scary anti-war government nig's birth certificate and whose later campaign was about Mexicans being rapists and all other kinds of openly racist . The Republicans in congress may not be a nationalist bloc yet but the voters sure are so the representatives are going to start following suit as long as Trump is wildly popular with the GOP base.
.
So did I.
Next
Follows a familiar pattern of conservatives figuring out who is credible, and who is not.

Problem is... Thomas denied all of it, under oath, which is perjury if he knowing stated something false.

What was Bill Clinton impeached for again?
