It depends. I doubt many US embassies are bugged as US tech eclipses most nations. But yes Im sure the big players, US, Russia, China, Japan, Israel, Turkey, Saudi, France, UK, Germany have most of their guest embassies bugged

My uncle is a foreign diplomat. They will try and bug all US embassies. We catch a lot of it for exactly the reason you stated. You realize who builds the embassy’s on foreign soil?

If you can find a nation with even minor capabilities that does not attempt to bug other foreign embassies you get a prize.

It's funny everyone is all shocked by this. Saudi Arabia publicly beheads dozens of dissidents every year. Just throw their ass down on the parking lot and hack, hack hack till their head falls off. It's no ing secret.

Im going to go out on a limb here and say this is the first time in history a government dismembers a civilian in their consulate in a foreign country.

If the Turks really have video of the dismemberment and it somehow leaks. That would be truly mindblowing.

Come on Bin Salman, this is nothing like a public beheading. If it is then why is Saudi not just adminting it and moving on?

    Hey, more "whataboutism"
If you don’t look at the history of our relationship with this country then you wish to remain ignorant.
Only you can help with that problem.

    Yes.

Kind of like Russia going on foreign soil and poisoning an ex spy who they had already warned along with British citizens. Putin can club a lot of low profile dissenters and their own soil and you won’t hear about it.

So there are 2 factions in the Saudi royalty fighting each other. One faction is lunatic bloodthirsty Clown Prince Bin Salman the other faction is Bandar Bush, the financier for September 11 attacks
