He's the last cut by Clippers.
I like the player, also if he his a very small player...(and we already have two of them).
The difference with the two others is that he could really play the point and, also if with his limitations, could looks decent on defense...

I lived in Oklahoma when he was at OSU, the thing with Evans is he just hasn't developed much as a player. During his freshman year OK State thought they had a guy that would become a superstar, but he never took another step up. I don't know if it's a work ethic thing, lack of proper teaching/coaching, or what
