I find them much easier with your mom under me.
I can do all except the final one #6 Elbow Plank. I am now at 45 seconds with the goal of 1 minute.
When I started, I could only do #3 raised leg plank for like 7 seconds on each side.
Start out slow. Because you may not feel any strain/pain while you are doing them but may the next 24 hours.
Can you do even 2 seconds each for a total of 12 seconds?
If all you're just doing is planks they are pretty useless. You're not going to see results if you dont incorporate it into your overall exercise routine or in a HIIT session.

I've got exactly 3 profiles and none of them are "secret".
I started doing these after you posted it last time gs.
They are actually quite good. I do the whole cycle once and then run it back a second time with everything at half time. Does a really solid job of hitting the whole core. Is a real after shoulders day tbh.

I'm doing twice a day (some days) but I don't do them back to back. Good for you.
Concur if done on same day as lifting can be more of a challenge.
If you freely list them like I do great.

Proud to say that all are now in good standing because of my excellent posting habits.
I need to start doing Abs additionally when I go to bed at night or in the morning when I wake up. You can do a great abs workout in 4 to 5 minutes.
Ya that is part of what I love about them.
My guru's tell me stretching can be done 7 days a week. If your ab work falls under "stretching" and/or does not cause damage I say go for it. I do not do 7 but I have increased to 4-5 and it's all good. Are planks under the stretching category? Probably not but for me I'm gonna keep doing 4-5 and when able (pain free etc) twice a day.
I couldn't even watch the video for 1 full minute.
