Summers/Rubin more than Clinton, but yeah.
BC signed it, proving his, and Dem, and HRC compete conversion to neoliberalism of BigFinance

Bill was a disaster, signing 4 other huge bills of the oligarchy's strategy.

Obama was a centrist but he did a great job convincing young voters that he wanted progressive policy. Clinton was an unapologetic centrist who more or less ran on the platform of “Sorry progressives, your only alternative to me is Donald Trump, so even though you probably hate me and everything I stand for, might as well suck it up since I’m technically running as a
    Democrat.”
which is probably what kamala harris will do if she decides to run. agreed on clinton to an extent. she did try to shift a little when sanders started gaining momentum; she even insisted she was progressive at times although that self-proclamation fell on deaf ears.

If you take note of what happened in Las Vegas and Arizona, you need to be closer to the center to appeal to most voters. Specially in states like pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

    It's been proven to work.

I dont have a lot of faith in a Bernie/Warren type candidate. While I think Bernie would actually beat Trump he's a bit too much to the left and Warren would just flat out get her tiny native American ancestry beat out of her.

Beto also is an unabashed progressive but he struck a nice balance between left and right.
that depends. brown (just retained his seat in ohio) is a progressive who opposes free trade and, as a result, would fare well in the rust belt which will once again likely determine the outcome of the election. no one is going to be wildly to the left, but brown is as close to a real progressive as one will find in the currently mentioned crop of contenders.

I think Sherrod Brown would do the best out of any candidate out there right now.

i agree, but what are the odds the DNC gets it right? they may jump on the kamala harris train or go with warren. if smart, the DNC focuses on the states they have to win and the candidate that gives them the best chance to win them.

Why did the Republicans lose so many house seats then?

i guess you haven't been paying attention to the rust belt. there's a reason why brown was able to retain his seat in a state that helped put trump in office.

Yeah just look at Hillary. Her center right wing policy on free trade did ing wonders for her in those three states.
Hillary was center right. War hawk, for corporate etc.

She pandered for votes and went to the left on issues such as wanting higher wages, gender equality, well late into her candidacy for president.

I'm not sure where you're getting I was infering a Hillary type. I even said Beto would be the guy who appeals to both sides in my post.

If I wanted that I would easily have said Kamala Harris for prez.

Hillary has decided that the same losing tactics and being a sexist is her key to the White House.

    Yea, Democrats are really dumb.
What you posted were betting odds, not a poll of Democrats.

Hillary-obsessed Republicans are probably skewing the betting lines.

just imagine how many of them are so proud of themselves for betting on Hillary thinking it was some kind of amazing value bet
