Patriots need his ass. Perfect match.
Assuming Ravens are OK with Mac Jones. Otherwise gets complicated.
This is Bill's last hurrah. Lamar Jackson
I would trade Mac and two picks within the 3rd Round.
People are now underplaying him
Lamar really blew it with the No agent. I saw recent Bauer video arriving in Japan & he was smart enough to have a female representative.

Neither Mac Jones nor Lamar Jackson are ever winning a superbowl as an elite starting QB.
Bookmarked for your future crow serving.
its really just been the injuries with him imo
yeah, his passing TD numbers from his MVP season were an outlier. 36 TDs while only having 3100 yards screams outlier. but he's consistently been a good generator of offense on a team that sorely lacks investment in other offensive skill positions. yes, thy drafted JK Dobbins, but he's been hurt more often than not. their only investment in WR was hollywood, who was ok, but then also got hurt and then traded.
2019 will probably not be repeatable but they were the #1 scoring offense in the league that year. but then they were #9 in 2020 as well when he was healthy. their scoring output with huntley has been noticeably worse. averaged less than 12ppg in huntley's starts last year

Jalen Hurts 5 / 255 with 179 guaranteed isn't going to help the Ravens at all.
I don't see LJackson coming down much if at all from whatever amount he wanted.
Same subpar team around him.
He'll drag them to 10+ wins and the playoffs. Don't expect more.
You Mahomes/Brady slurpers and Jackson Haters will keep up your schpeels.
flowers is a nice weapon for them. they paid OBJ a lot of money, but im not sure he has the goods anymore. if he's even as good as he was for the rams, its the best cast lamar will have ever had
Meanwhile Mahomes gets a 2nd Round WR toy for a consecutive season.
C'mon now, Pat dragged them to the super bowl on a bum ankle without Hill.
Yes not having Hill just completely evens out the Chiefs - Ravens offense.
That's way different than being a "mahomes slurper"
The difference between what Jackson has had to work with vs Mahomes is night and day.
Merely one aspect, and yes it continued into 2023
Former Ravens criticize departed strength coach, Rashod Bateman fires back at Eric DeCosta - The Baltimore Banner
Their comments on social media came in the wake of an NFL Players Association survey of players, released Wednesday, that gave the Ravens’ strength staff an F-minus grade. Only one other team, the Atlanta Falcons, received a grade worse than a B.
More Ravens injuries occur in Monday’s practice, including WR Sammy Watkins - Baltimore Beatdown

Well, Lamar had his chance to get out and wanted to stay.
Sure.
Let us know what the other owners offered him.
Poor Lamar. Keep slurping.
Yeah I just don't care enough to feel sorry for poor Lamar. You can keep my ante
No, it means I'll take your word for it
Solid choice.
I will continue to provide reliable, accurate, intelligent info and what is truly going on with Jackson and the Ravens.
Eh maybe maybe not. I'm not gonna raise to find out since I really don't care about Lamar's success or failure. I think winners still figure out a way to win when it really counts and not blame the team management for everything.
Barry Sanders, Ken Griffey Jr, Chuck Barkley, Ted Williams.
Are you telling me these guys can't ball?
Funny I recall Sanders having one particular playoff game with 15 carries for 10 yards or something like that without looking it up.
I did look this up:
"Jackson has a 1-3 career playoff record with four total touchdowns and seven turnovers. His passer rating in the playoffs (68.3) is 28.4 points lower than his regular season average, the fifth-largest dropoff in NFL history. "
https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/a...rst-5-seasons/
Is that all Jackson's fault? Of course not and the article gives some reasons why, including bad front office moves. But you can't not blame Jackson at all either.
