I imagine a real thread will pop up come free agency. The one thing I see as a great selling point for the Warriors (if they win this year) is the possibility of a four peat. I think that could convince Durant to stay at least one more year. No one post-Russell's Celtics has accomplished a four peat-- not Jordan, Bird, Magic, Shaq, Kobe, Lebron, etc.-- and I think Durant is hyper aware of legacy and NBA history and wouldn't want to pass up a shot at that. Then maybe head off somewhere else.
Don't see him leaving. He's a choker who needed to join the team that beat him in order to get to the next level.
If he leaves to another team, he will be exposed again.
