    In a criminal case they're going to have to prove he actually did administer the drugs. The problem with the guy in the OP is that, regardless if he can establish he knew Buck, he was an admitted junkie, he admits to willingly partake in parties with Buck and didn't report it to the police at the time.

    All this happening in Buck's residence obviously doesn't simplify matters either.

    If his mommy was not a legal USA citizen and she ing went to the Ohio hospital and ing had him using the USA ducking doctors he should not automatically be a ing USA citizen
