Not showing up to work after you signed a contract doesn't work anywhere else. Why do these gots get a pass because some greedy agent wants more money?
By what standards? He played the majority of his snaps last year in the slot, and he misses significant amounts of games every year dating back to his early Buffalo years. The Chiefs wisely moved him to the slot after understanding that he's way too small, weak, and lanky to be an X receiver, and they already have an elite Z receiver in Hill. So Conley and others play the X role and Watkins almost exclusively plays "Y" in KC.
It's ing baffling man.

Watson is overrated, but I generally agree with this post. I would put Carr, Garoppolo, Flacco above Watson and Prescott. Winston and Allen are raw sewage.
Dan Patrick is reporting that the Cowboys themselves leaked the story of the ridiculous contract demand to ensure the fan base stays on the team's side.. Today, coincidentally enough, the team's official Instagram posted video of Dak blowing some easy ass slant route that should have been picked by Jourdan Lewis..
I think Dallas is seriously tired of failing over sorry contracts and I really expect them to hardball this one out with both their QB and RB.. if Dak takes this team to a Super Bowl win and has the stats to back up his demand surely Jerry is gonna take care of him, but if he can't put the team on his back with this many good young players on both sides of the ball, then he surely isn't going to do it when they give him such a large portion of the salary cap and his supporting cast takes a hit because talented players were cap casualties
30 million even for a QB who's best skills aren't pass related makes zero sense. For me, Dak has proven he is a natural leader, has shown he is clutch, can run the ball and absorb a hit.. all while remaining durable.. But last year he also proved he CANNOT hit the open man on the deep route, and he struggled even putting screen passes on the money. He needs to improve tremendously this year.
I mean, we're talking about a guy that couldn't even connect on a high five last year, let alone a wide open Michael Gallup..
