Per OrangeBloods, JUCO OL Willie Tyler of Iowa Western C.C. did not have a UT offer when he left town.
I'm a little curious why this kid doesn't have an offer from us.
He's not that good compared to the other DL Texas is targeting. I don't think he's a priority at all right now.
Also, no way he's 6'3 294lbs. Either he's a lot shorter or a lot heavier. He looks to be on that Taylor Bible diet.
I’m liking the fact that Samples is building a reputation similar to Carrington in that they’re guys the recruits can really trust and connect with. Looks like they’ll be of a tag team, Herman had a great plan with these guys. I have to believe that’s where some of the optimism for 2020 stems from.
