Shack will probably get two weeks off at minimum with the bye week coming up after the Ok St game.
Jake is no Devin Duv, but he is going to be a pretty good receiver for us over the next 4 years. With the way our receivers are catching the ball, I'm surprised we aren't getting more looks from some of the better receivers in the country.
yeah, I said on another board that he looked like the next Shipley when he was being recruited. And, I also liked seeing him on punt returns.

To be fair don’t think Duvernay was no Devin Duv until this year. He’s having a breakout season hope it continues. I’m sure Jake will do numbers Devin never had at the same stage in his career.
he may not be Dev Duv right now, but I assume you're considering that he could be every bit as good before long. He's certainly starting off well.
Carrington started following 2021 WR Jerand Bradley of Plano John Paul II.
He just posted his updated game film.

Boom goes the dynamite.
Smith is a true freshman and not even enrolled early. Your comparison to present day Devin D seems to be a bit premature.
My remark about Smith being no Dev Duv is more angled towards his physical strength of Dev. That dude is strong and fast, I know Smith has some wheels, but he doesn't have the power of Duv.
As for his production. It's honestly all about the position. Sam has a built in trigger for that inside position. I don't know if he is just more comfortable throwing to the inside receiver, but he sure seems to lean on that guy more than any other receiver. My guess is that when all is said and done smith will be the most successful receiver since Shipley. But he doesn't have the physical abilities of Duv.
The way he mugs his LB and CB leaving wide space open will continue to bite us in the ass against great QB's.
We were lucky Jake Fromm was an overrated POS with zero experience against defenses that know how to handle the pass. In fact, the sugar bowl 1st half TD Georgia had was a simple QB read to pass to the WR that vacated the open space from a blitzer. But he never did it again, thank god.
Failure to achieve proper pass rush with DLineman combined with poor DB 1 on 1 coverage will this team as soon as next week.
I am afraid of the injuries that will be announced today.
