Derrick white is not listed on the injury report. Lamarcus is questionable.

Wow, nothing like playing a faux type playoff series and welcoming (arguably) your best overall player back.
Wish fans were present. The welcome D. White would receive...

‘Lots to look out for in this game...

    Go Spurs!

I think Keldon will get some calls after Pop got kicked out for that reason. White will get them attacking with multiple facilitators inside. I don’t know if Pop would adjust with the height mismatch. Because personally I think they did good defensively on LeBron/AD and Gasol. It’s the bench like Matthews that killed us. I think if they play solid, with a little luck, Spurs will win by 6.

    Happy new year to all.

I think the rotation will be

    Murray, Mills
    Walker, White
    DeRozan,
    Johnson, Gay
    Aldridge, Poeltl

Mills in for Murray early per par. White in for Walker earlier than has been normal. Gay for Johnson. Poeltl for Aldridge. Vassell might then come in for DeRozan, but I think Pop will stick with nine men, and Murray will come in. You might be able to shave off about seven minutes from Walker, two minutes from Murray, and three minutes from DeRozan and give Vassell some time still.

    Murray -- 32, Mills, 20
    Walker -- 24, White -- 24
    DeRozan -- 32, Vassell -- 12
    Johnson -- 26, Gay -- 26
    Aldridge -- 24, Poeltl -- 20

That could work, but Gay could lose the four center minutes I gave him and take a couple from Johnson. Vassell might fall out of the rotation altogether to keep Walker at about his MPG and give White more run. I don't think that'll be the plan coming out the gate though.

How high is this team's ceiling with Derrick White back? Playoffs? Home court advantage? NBA championship?

I think you're on the money here.
Interested to see certain combinations such as: White, Walker, Derozan, Gay and Poeltl and how they perform, how long they play together.
Also a DJ, White, Walker, KJ, LMA/Poeltl lineup.

Do you see any of our youngsters becoming Tier 1 Star? Or a collection of Tier 3 like the 2004 Pistons with great defense?

    Possible tier 1: Keldon
    Possible tier 2: White, Lonnie
    Possible tier 3: Murray, Vassell

We need Ma Touches back, along with White, to have a chance to win this game. Otherwise, g-league Drew will log minutes and things up again.

Hope Aldridge is back too. As long as we don’t miss 15 lay ups again and the refs call the game somewhat even we should have a chance to win this. I don’t want to see Eubanks again in this game

Ewwbanks played some exciting minutes. That block on Harrell that ended with Demar dunk. He plays with motor, something I cannot say with Aldridge.
