The Democrats have a 690k lead in requested mail-in ballots, and so far they're returning those ballots at a faster rate than Republicans are returning their mail-in ballots. The mail-in ballots are going to come in at a faster rate as we get closer to election day, those tweets seem to think we've already seen most mail-in ballots cast and that there aren't any left.
