6 months. Longest sentence so far.

    Toby MacFarlane
, a former real estate and le insurance executive from Del Mar, California.

*U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton stressed that MacFarlane participated in the nationwide admissions scheme led by college consultant Rick Singer "not once, but twice," taking seats at USC away from two deserving students.

*Geezer Bush appointee. Separate judge from the liberal pussy who has performed the other cases so far.

Full House chick and hubby selling their Bel Air house.

Has nothing to do with the federal case, and more about flipping the house for some money.
The couple's 12-bedroom home is located in Bel-Air, is in one of the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles. As noted by TMZ, real estate records show that the couple bought the estate in 2015 for $13.9 million. They are asking for $28,650,000, as they've renovated the home over the past five years.

"They've done this for years, selling the family home every three to fives," the webloid says.

Trial not expected until Oct 2020.

Heir to Hot Pockets fortune sentenced to 5 months

LOS ANGELES — Mic e Janavs, heiress to a frozen foods fortune, was sentenced Tuesday to five months in prison for paying $100,000 to fix her daughters’ college entrance exams and agreeing to pay twice that amount to sneak one girl into the University of Southern California by misrepresenting her as an elite beach volleyball player.

Janavs, heiress to a frozen foods fortune, was sentenced Tuesday to five months in prison for paying $100,000 to fix her daughters' college entrance exams and agreeing to pay twice that amount to sneak one girl into the University of Southern California by misrepresenting her as an elite beach volleyball player.
Janavs, a resident of Newport Coast, pleaded guilty in October to conspiring to commit fraud and money laundering, admitting she paid William “Rick” Singer, a Newport Beach college admissions consultant, to rig ACT exams for her daughters and bribe a USC administrator to misrepresent the older girl’s athletic skills.

The five-month term, handed down by U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, came short of the 21 months federal prosecutors had requested. They wanted an enhancement for what they called an abuse of trust, saying Janavs used her status as trustee of her daughters’ school, the Sage Hill School in Newport Beach, “to insulate herself from the fraud.”

Not sure she only gets a month. I think she should though. She didn't directly hurt anyone. Sounding pretty bad for Lori tho.
She hurt the student who did not get in or was weight listed because USC does not have an infinite number of spots for enrollment, her law breaking bribes eliminated a spot that could have gone to someone who had the grades and test scores to be admitted to USC.

So criminal fine her, kick her out and let the student sue her.

Not much different to me than the Astros cheating, imo

Wow that's far less then others with her level of bribe got.

    Husband Giannulli getting 5 months.

I figured with their level of cash and lack of morals they would get the sneakiest lawyers money can buy.

There's no guarantee that they'll do any prison time other than checking in and checking out the next day. Thousands of prisoners are getting released due to the overcrowded conditions/coronavirus. They probably took that into consideration when taking the deal.

All gonna depend on how Rona is in August - September.

Giannulli's sentencing hearing is set for Friday August 21 at 11 a.m. and Loughlin's is set for 2:30 p.m. the same day.

I'm all for mixed gender prison wards/cells. Maybe they can take away federal funding for 1 meal a day and use some of those excess funds to supply condoms.
