AC Odyssey got a 60 fps patch for PS5 if anyone is still playing that .
Sony's earlier projections were summer 2022 when supply might start meeting demand. Though delta and whatever comes after it are looking like they could throw a ing wrench in that. At least Sony isn't losing money manufacturing the PS5 disc edition any more.

Wonder if the one that was bundled with Origins and Valhalla counted?
I wished I bought that bundle when they had it for 55. Now that is 160.
0% chance i ever replay that game
was fine for one long playthrough
All three of those go on sale cheap all the time. Unless you want to play one of them today or something just wait and either pick them off cheap one at a time or get that bundle at Thanksgiving.
I was going to ask if you thought it was worth the time, then realized I don't even have the time to play my backlog that consists of long JRPG like Final Fantasy VII Remake, Yakuza Like a Dragon, and Dragon Quest VIII, long beat 'em ups in Yakuza 5 & 6 and Judgment, and then the three games I'm buying Day 1 November through January are Shin Megami Tensei V, Dying Light 2, and Elden Ring, and those will all be long ass games. Then there is Cyberpunk whenever the PS5 patch drops. I buy too many games.
I thought it was just okay. Huge map, gameplay was fun enough considering it's an AC game, but ultimately forgettable. I think Ubisoft stopped giving a about the story or characters a long time ago.
i think its worth exactly 1 playthrough and no more.
, forgot to put the Ghost of Tsushima expansion in there too. Though I doubt that's more than 30 hours.
I never thought the story was very interesting in AC games, it was always more about exploring the map for me.
i havent touched my ps4 in well over a month. was supposed to start bioshock 2, just haven't gotten around to it
odyssey's map is massive
also until late game its almost never worth upgrading weapons or armor. you pick up an epic weapon at level 15. play a little longer and a common weapon you find at level 17 already outclasses it.
the leveling/scaling in the game was completely stupid
Looks shorter than 5 hours or thereabouts according to playthroughs. I’ve seen videos with 2 and 3 parts that averages about an hour of gameplay each so this is not going to be very long I’m afraid.
I liked it up through AC3 or so. It seemed as though there was some sort of plan with the modern-day stuff, plus it was fun uncovering a lot of the hidden things about the ancient civilization. Now it just seems like a mess.
You know AC is in it's last legs when they turn it into a GAAS and try to milk subscriptions...
Horizon Zero Dawn finally just got its 60 fps PS5 patch and Forbidden West got a February 18th release date.
So the new PS5 looks to have a smaller heatsink. Old on the left, new on the right.

Amazing this thing is incredibly quiet being such a fat .
Just ignore the cringe commentary.
You gonna want to check it out... should be better than the State of Play...
Ragnarok confirmed?
Wow, Horizon Forbidden West for PS4 cannot be upgraded to the PS5 version unless you buy an $80+ version of the game. Pretty chicken , Sony.

Can I upgrade my Horizon Forbidden West PS4 version to the PS5 version?
To access both the PS4 and PS5 versions of Horizon Forbidden West, you need to purchase the Digital Deluxe, Collector’s, or Regalla Editions. Dual en lement does not apply to the Standard and Special Editions.
