It's usually the day before training camp starts.
Or when's media day
It's usually the day before training camp starts.
Man, like 10 more days until some actual Spurs news. Not use to long pre seasons with 1st round exits.
Hows our young Jedi doing?
Samaniccccccccccccc!!!
The World Cup games helped, but I am ready to start seeing what this squad can do.
It's that time of year when you start to get excited about Preseason starting on October 5th...only to remember that preseason games are rarely televised or broadcast and typically pretty boring. But hey, it's basketball.
https://foxsanantonio.com/sports/spu...ons-promotionsSAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs today announced that Mitch Johnson has been promoted to an assistant coach while Darius Songalia has been elevated to a player development assistant on Gregg Popovich's staff.
At the same time the Spurs have announced the following promotions and additions to the basketball operations staff: Brandon James - vice president of basketball administration and deputy general counsel, Dave Telep - director of player personnel, Adam Glessner - senior director of basketball intelligence, Phil Cullen - director of basketball operations and innovation, Niraj Mulji - director of basketball strategy, Nick Repole - director of research and development, Landry Fields - Austin Spurs general manager, Tyler Self - Austin Spurs assistant general manager and Keon Weise - performance informatic scout.
Damn, never would've guessed Landry Fields would end up a GM in the Spurs organization, even if it is for Austin.
We got Timvp to give us some unbiased analysis on Spurs pre season games and the annual Spurs pick up game. I don;t watch them myself, only highlights. But I miss the interviews and the vibe this place has when it's actual Spurs season.

Does this have anything to do with the Spurs? I cant see the Article
No mention of Spurs, just that Indiana is considering trading him and "several teams" have interest. No specific team mentioned in article.
I’m not sure how the spurs pull that trade off. Would have to take on a bad contract and give up draft picks but don’t think we have anyone they want. Except Murray and White
White euro big - you know spurs are interested in him tbh
Funny but true.... Dont we have our Luka thou!?!
Sabonis would be a great addition since he can also play PF next to Aldridge and could take over at C in the future. Poeltl and a 1st maybe?
The thing is they only want to move him because he demands way more money than the Pacers want to pay him, so you only make the move if you think you can resign him after his contract expires
