i've actually said before, and its still true, that i listen to his podcast from time to time. i think he's fairly decent at covering news of the day. he obviously has a political angle when he does so, but he's certainly no hannity/carlson/maddow with his hackery on that front.
now, his writing, public appearances and lectures? nothing but pseudo-intellectual hackery
i dont think he has practiced as a lawyer since 2012Shapiro is a real lawyer.
hes primarily and author/editor and had a legal consulting firm (which isn't even active). though even then, consulting is not the same as practicing as an attorney. according to every bio i found, he worked at 1 law firm for 10 months
