She continued: "All I can tell you is what I believe. And that is there is an enormous amount to be gained from markets. That markets create opportunities."
"Markets have to have rules. They have to have a cop on the beat," she said, adding that "markets without rules are theft."

What everybody's calling socialism isn't. Capitalism with a safety net and robust public investment isn't socialism. At worst, it's EU style social democracy, a political system that is in no way incompatible with capitalism.
Socialism is state ownership of the means of production.
Other than perhaps Mike Gravel, there isn't a single Democrat running for President who has proposed nationalization/expropriation of production.
