Not a fan of DeRozan but Kawhi in his last year with us was about as useful as Nash was for you, maybe even less.
He actually did us a favor. As good as he is, if his heart wasn't really feeling being a Laker, it's (potentially) 2004 and 2012 all over again. "Stacked" Lakers team that didn't get it done.
I like the composition of our team as is. Got 1 more open roster spot. If we can somehow land Iggy, our biggest weakness is masked (guarding big perimeter players). KCP, Avery Bradley and the like are too light in the ass IMO.
We got a defensive minded coach in Vogel so we should improve there. If we get Ron Adam's from the Dubs I'm even happier.

Good question. I would hope that he was injured and not done. I think he was forced to play a ton of minutes due to the Dubs other injured players.
In LA he wouldn't have to play as much with Bron and Kuz on the roster. Ideally the Lakers could let him continue to heal while playing spot minutes in the reg season, then ramp up his minutes as we get closer to the playoffs. Even then we'd need a out 15-20mpg from him, tops.
Now if he gets traded to the Clipps I'm gonna lose it
