It's a good sign when draft picks dominate the G-league. Usually it means the player has a good chance of at least being solid in the NBA.

If brad Stevens where coaching this team he'd have him out there starting and playing elite 3 and D

He has yet to make a three in G-League. His three point shot was always inconsistent on Kentucky. I do think he's ready to see some time on the main roster(anyone is better than Marco at this point). He's probably the most NBA ready Spur youngster. Luka has the higher ceiling though but he's not strong enough yet. Maybe next year.

Perhaps with all the losses Pop will actually play him? Time to shake things up.

Another 3 phobic, tunnel vision Spurs prospect, replete with unimpressive physical tools and delusions of grandeur.

Can this organization draft/develop a modern archetype or is that too much to ask because of what happened 5-15 years ago?

Shake things up? You mean we finally see Marco crack the 25 minute mark?

Pop wanted another guard on the bench to cheer on Marco as he gets lost on defensive assignments.

Yeah Marco needs the love. Metu, Carroll, and Walker are not enough of a cheering section.

That’s what someone that wants it is supposed to do. Let the coach tell you to tone it down. They won’t.

Using pics with odd perspective to estimate players' heights was fun to do back in second grade, tbh.

KJ was measured at 6’5” w/o shoes at the draft. But standing reach and wingspan are the important measurements

He was a 6'6 with shoes with a 6'9.25 wingspan and 8.8 standing reach at the draft combine. He has a very good body for a two, a little bit short for a a three imo but the wingspan is there.

Keldon's way overdue for either some minutes with the Spurs, or a coaching scheme change in Austin. He's getting like 25ppg, we've all seen how he can penetrate and attack the rim and GL players cannot guard him. Either put him in front of real NBA defenses so he gets picked and knows what to work on, or make him transition his game to mid-range and long-range shooting in Austin to develop further aspects of his game. Sickening that Pop won't do either but will happily bring him alongside the team, to watch from the bench, like he couldn't catch the ing games at home and sitting next to his outdated ass is any good for Keldon.
