I am UH alum and basketball season ticket holder, Galen is one of the better on ball defenders in colleges. He is great leader and floor general. He is a hard worker and competes. He will be good for the summer league and g league

I thought that was going to work but it doesn't look like I'll be able to access it. Would be nice if I could access it as part of my ESPN+ subscription but that seems to be a no-go as well. Cord cutting finally caught up to me.
Yeah, I'm gonna borrow someone's login or run through free trials for Fubo/YouTube TV/Playstation Vue to get NBA TV for those weeks.

IMO, my only concern is can Galen Robinson keep the ball safe in play and feed Samanic, Johnson, Metu and Weatherspoon. No Arcidiacono, but hopefully as good as Cotton.
True but i was referring to Robinson

Had no idea. That’s wild. Was always a good athlete but has very little skill to speak of, outside of a decent mid range jumper that he developed later in his career. Surprised the Spurs are bringing him in but guess it doesn’t hurt.
Yeah 6’10 with 7’1 wingspan very athletic can play good defense and is big enough not to get destroyed by Denver bigs. Your right as far as his shooting his free throw was 51% his sop re year but at least was able to raise it to 68% his junior year. Also he was second in class for rebounds per -40 minutes so great rebounder and defensive player type of player. Wow so unlike the Spurs to get an athlete I like and definitely hoping Chip gets to work his magic on him.

Draft Net gave him a score of 97 “Damn” said he would be the safest pick and as he was extremely athletic great work ethic and would make a great pick and roll player.

I mean I wish him all the best, but there‘s a reason he wasn’t even in the league last year dude... and for the record, he’s 6’9 with a 7’3 wingspan, not 6’10 with a 7’1.

So far the summer league seems void of a small forward. What is it with Small forwards? Are they that hard to find? Where is Ben Moore, I hear the Spurs were high on him, would love to see what he could do? Even bring back Jaron Blossomgame. Need to fill any remaining spots with tall small forwards. Maybe not for the big club but find someone for the future.

I really wonder if Ben Moore can carve out a role. In theory he fills a positional need.

No dog in this race understand it’s a long shot but he was a lottery pick so one can hope. Lol. At least it will make watching the Spurs in Vegas a lot more fun this team is going to be stacked. As far as measurements my bad I got them off draftexpress his correct measurements are 6 -foot- 8 3/4 in shoes with 7’3 wingspan from combined results.

He's been coaching in Austin since last year.

Just be happy he's not working in San Antonio like Kerr's kid.(YET)

I’m excited for Eubanks too. His offense needs work but he’s like Poeltl light around the rim on defense and I have been impressed with his straight line athleticism

It’ll be really interesting what the spurs end up doing with Metu, Eubanks and Moore

Nick Kerr (no racism) was a good kid by all accounts but, yeah, that was too weird, tbh.

Same here. The recent video of him draining 3s in the gym was impressive.
