Easily. Pay that man as much as Pop. Give him les that make him feel good. Whatever it takes - keep him.
I loved watching him check behind to see if he needed to adjust to use his body to shield a shot. That's a guy who's after points, and not just the dunk. I can't count how many young guys I've seen recently just go blindly and come away with nothing.
