Can u give players credit? Like ever? Lonnie looks good and not one person gave him credit for self improvement... Everyone says it must be chip... That's why no one wants to come here... Pop gets credit for winning, u get called a system player, and all the work u put in to improve yourself gets attributed to the staff . If Duncan had his same exact career on any other team, ppl would have him higher on the all time list

Because it's almost impossible to build a really good shooting stroke without a coach of some kind. You need someone observing, while you shoot. Chip is the shooting coach here, and Chip is widely recognized as one of the best in the business. It's not a difficult leap.
