Your boy never hit 7 assists in a season in his career. Harden is only 2 or 3 seasons away from passing Kobe in assists

    He doesn't have a plethora...
In my El Guapo voice: "Jefe, what is a plethora?"
They have 4 decent to great guards a strong defensive forward and a rim running big man who can shot block. It's a good team. And Harden is the best offensive weapon he has ever had in his prime... But Rox are top heavy.

People can and do change for the better.

Maybe Westchimp and Harden want to change their stat padding ways and make a legit le run?
I thought Harden in particular played some good team ball in last years Rockets playoffs. Cp0 far more the Me Me in that series tbh.

    But da ball hog lol
Capela got better from his second year to his third year, something not uncommon nor surprising after a young player first gets significant playing time. He’s been essentially the same exact offensive player the last three seasons. Any statistical improvement he’s made season to season has been directly related to increased minutes played. He’s not getting better, at least in any significant level. Even eye test, it’s not like playing next to Harden has allowed Capela to expand his offense in any tangible way beyond pick-and-roll lay-ups and dunks and transition rim runs. He’s not developing into a reliable low post scorer. He’s not expanding his jumpshot range. He doesn’t get the ball in the high post to isolate or facilitate. He’s still only a run the court in transition to beat his defender for a dunk and pick-and-roll finisher. In fact, his shot attempts per minute has actually gone down each of the last two seasons, as he was “getting better offensively.”

But he has played more minutes from season to season. So if James Harden is responsible for Capela’s playing time, I guess you can give him credit for that.

I hate harden more than any player and Westbrook is up there too however I can see this working. Can you imagine a finals of Houston vs Brooklyn if KD comes back next year. That would be crazy. Houston had 0 leverage with CPs bum ass and if a couple picks meant switching him for Westbrook I’ll do it 10/10. However until Westbrook shows me other wise I still feel he’ll it up somewhere in the playoffs for the team lol

Still early - they may be able to acquire more players or find a diamond in the rough. I'm just saying don't underestimate the Italian.
