Duncan had a better 2010s than Kobe. They each won 1 ring (2010 and 2014), but Duncan had a few more deep playoff runs in 2012 and '13. He was 28 seconds from winning Finals MVP in '13.

Nah, Davis deserves it. Had he had the luck S bag has, he'd have the accolades he has right now.

Davis is a championship away from undisputed best player in the league . . . since that's how things work today. We don't need context or any other factors, we just need to know that he's new to the Lakers and that they missed the playoffs last season and are now regarded as a championship contender. Therefore, if he they win it, it's because of him carrying them.

Bryant over Duncan is a disgrace, but on brand for the league.
