    - Was never part of OKC plans. With Nephs orders beta Geroge requested a trade and now pretty much everyone feels like a trade assesst in OKC. Presti is clearly hoarding picks but you're not getting a lot in return for a guy in his last year.

    - Mills, Belli, Two Second Rounders should do the trick. OkC wont be tied up to belli since he is expiring and Mills is the tank commander neccessary to acquire good picks in the next couple of years.

Why Gallo is a good fit offensively?

Our Current project starting lineup has very little shooting.

    White/Murray
    Derozan
    Carroll
    LMA
    Puddle.

With Gallo at the 4 spot,

    White/Murray
    Derozan
    Carroll
    Galo
    LMA.

I think it would take at least a first rounder.

If OKC will fall for that, done and done.

Got to believe they will get better offers. No one outside of Popped wants Wombat for 3 more years.

One thing is he's extremely fragile. Hasn't played a full season in more than a decade and usually way less than that.

Mills is expiring the year before the big free agent summer in 2021. Hes a great player to trade.

Maybe one first rounder and a 2nd rounder.

Salary don’t match, Spurs cannot take more salary. The only way is buyout and now with CP3 in OKC I doubt they buyout Gallo unless they don’t reach playoff.

ending contracts have value. OKC would not do this trade as they gain nothing. Our 2nd round picks are not woth much and definitely not worth an extra year of salary.

Yeah, thats why i think a first rounder+2nd rounder is neccessary. Maybe thrown in metu too.

The smart move for OKC is to wait till feb though and see who is desperate enough to give them 3 picks for an expiring.

If OKC is really doing the long game then great.
Don't like losing a 1st rounder, especially since RC seems to be hitting it out of the park again.

But a miracle gift opportunity to dump Patty while bolstering 2020 playoffs, wow ya do it in a heartbeat.
How about a Pop n Patty package, since he won't let Patty go?

Well, and Gallinari is a pretty good fit for San Antonio. If he does well, they could resign him.

I think Beli and Mills for Gallo would take a first. Since it's also a stealth Patty dump, I wouldn't be against giving that up. Gallo would immediately start at the four, and unlike the Morris signing, the trade would make it more justifiable to play DeRozan at the two, because the guard depth would not be as bersome as it is now.

    White, Forbes
    DeRozan, Murray
    Carroll, Walker, Johnson
    Gallinari, Gay, Lyles, Samanic
    Aldridge, Poeltl, Metu

    Eubanks and Weatherspoon

I'd still try to sign a PG to fill that last spot but considering that Walker and Johnson can both play the two, they have okay depth everywhere else.

dumping mills and belli alone is fine by me. getting a good player like gallinari in return, too? yeah, that's worth a first.

I just read that they plan to run with Gallo, Paul, Adams and Alexander..I doubt they trade him and I would not give up a first for a one year rental on someone who is not going to make a difference and probably wont even play 2/3 of the season.

You seriously think Pop will consider playing Murray at the two?
