Except I made no claims of any do ent, nor there was any claims to any do ents on Kori's statement. This is your goalpost move.
I simply said there's no answer to the question "Who filed first to unseal do ents?" on that case where the answer is "Cernovich". As you know, this is actually a true statement.
Let's look at that whole sentence, from
your own do ent (which is not the court's docket either, that's the appeal's court decision):

Except that I quoted the actual court's docket which clearly indicates Dershowitz filed first to unseal do ents from the lawsuit. Again, you keep arguing with the court's docket.
