Um Assad does run 70% of Syria lol
Now that US has gone its inevitable that he will take most of North Easter Syria which includes Rojava and the Deir Ezor oil fields. Which will be about 90%
All that's left is idlib and a small south portion occupied by US
So yes Assad runs Syria
