With meals is the issue I presume. My favorite is apple juice. Ice Tea or Snapple are great too. You can buy all in bulk these days and reasonable calories. Stuff that is magically 0 calorie is usually unhealthy so be careful
At work if I only have water and am eating a meal I'll use these "water enhancers". But same as the 0 calorie stuff, I don't drink em daily
Beyond that it is orange juice with breakfast and then chugging water in large portions during the day to avoid thirst
> If you need an all day drink then purchase a large canister fill with water and drop in some lemons. Add sugar as you go. Over time get you off that can addiction.
