When Luke saves Han and Chewie from Jabba in ROTJ , the classic SW theme went very well with that sequence
When Gideon gave the order to activate the Dark Troopers, I thought « Luke would easily handle those clowns » 🤔

One minor quibble with the finale, the CGI for that guy was just disappointingly bad. It was fine when he stood still, but when he started talking it looked like that godawful, completely devoid of emotion, fake lip movement Dr Manhattan CGI from the Watchmen film 10 years ago. You’d think Disney would put more money into their only current cash cow to get it right. I mean, that Harrison Ford in Solo deepfake youtube video is 10000000x better
But that’s about 60 seconds of an otherwise fantastic finale.
yeah the deepfake was barely ok, everybody on social is mad because they wanted Sebastian Stan as Luke but it’s not the end of tje World lol
Well... I wasn't expecting that. I wonder where this goes in season 3.
As for the CGI, I don't understand how dudes using free software can make better looking deepfakes on youtube than studios with millions of dollars at their disposal.

Last episode was dope.
I watched Clone Wars season 7 along with season 2 of this and it massively enriched the experience. Saw the last episode of Clone Wars and then this episode back to back. Dat emotion
Such an enhanced experience.
Awesome! Yeah, that CGI when Luke was talking was terrible, but idgaf because literally everything else about this episode was aces.
Also, that entire scene was very similar to Vader's scene in Rogue One.
You should watch Rebels too, then.

I loved the quicker pace to that one. Clone Wars is dialogue heavy and takes some time to get going. Rebels was full throttle and it was awesome.
Good episode but FFS please get a better "on the floor" model of Grogu.
When they put him on the floor it's so obvious it's a doll. Arms aren't even extended as they are in the previous and subsequent scenes.

I'm glad they're taking him out of the equation for season 3. It was awesome and got the feels but it was becoming too gimmicky just for the sake of evoking baby emotions.
Season 3 should focus solely on Mando now without having to worried about no baby. Hopefully they pay off the teased fight for the dark saver between Mando vs Bo katan.
