ya...I went through Harvey and the looting was definitely a pain in the ass. Not trying to get political here, but having a firearm when it was essentially Martial Law saved my ass on two occasions. not much the defense force, police, etc can do when flooding is that rampant and they can't get to you

I'll believe the Cat 3 Carolinas landfall when I see it. It's a 115 mph cat 3 but the wind shear is increasing, and the current forecast track has it staying just offshore.
