Seems pretty obvious that the fact is a sitting president used government resources to extort another country into investigating a political rival. Republicans not even trying to deny this anymore.

What you're saying is that your conspiracy theory is that US intelligence agencies dug for dirt on Trump (which we now know he had plenty, ie: paying on the down low to a pornstar) directed by the administration at the time but were so incompetent that they could not only not find anything to bring his campaign down, but they instead re-opened an investigation into his political opponent...

This is basically the theory you're presenting (backed up by nothing, obviously).
