I was using Bolton's term. Sorry it triggered you.
Thanks for not answering any questions.
I can't expect you to do so. You don't want a serious discussion about any of this.
Trash was NOT democratically elected, but elected by the Cons utional perversion of the Electoral College, designed specifically by FFs to override the democratic/popular vote.
If two Dems had been recently elected by the EC, the Repugs would be SCREAMING to kill the EC.

Trash whines, es that the Democrats ‘want fairness in the Senate’ trial:
‘We have the majority now’
insisted that
Democrats don’t have a right to expect “fairness in the Senate”
after they “treated us very unfairly” by passing impeachment articles.
“We have the majority now they want [Mitch] McConnell to do wonderful things for them,” he said.
“They treated us very unfairly and now they want fairness in the Senate.”

file under: ANY and ALL opposition to Repugs is simply ILLEGITIMATE, Repugs' strategy since Bill Clinton was elected.
When you're talking about criming, you can't be held responsible afterwards unless you explicitly say "let's do this crime. "
Cir locution always gets you off the hook, this is a legal truism.
I’ve been serious, don’t know what you want from me chump?
Mitch McConnell is in ‘a real bind’ because voters are demanding he hold a real trial: Kentucky lawmaker
Rep. John Yarmuth (D-KY) broke down the key political pressures pulling Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) in both directions on how to conduct the Senate impeachment trial.
“The president is saying the House process was unfair, and now implying why should Democrats expect a fair process in the Senate. what do you say to that?” asked anchor Kate Bolduan.
“Well, first of all, he’s totally lying about the process,” said Yarmuth.
“He was invited to have lawyers present and call witnesses, he chose not to.
He did not participate in the House.
To say it was not fair because he decided not to make it fair is ridiculous.
I think the argument is the same with whatever happens in the Senate.”
“I think Mitch is going to face severe criticism,
and as the polling has shown, not just from Democrats,
if he makes short shrift of this whole proceeding.
And yet if he calls witnesses,
then the president’s case is going to be severely damaged.
I think he really makes the calculation right now that at least
he’s safer to have, basically, a non-trial trial, than to call witnesses who would undermine the president’s arguments.”

Moscow McConnell is gonna give America (the world is watching, esp the autocrats looking for autocratic leadership, examples) the Pravda in a Russian show trial.

I gave you exact answers to your specific questions. That’s all I got for you, I’m not gonna write you a dissertation
Legal experts blast Bill Barr over impeachment and Ukraine:
He is ‘up to his eyeballs’ in the ‘corruption surrounding Trump’
Barr has turned out to be a full-fledged Trump loyalist, and
legal experts are lambasting him for becoming, in effect,
Trump’s personal attorney during the Ukraine scandal and the president’s impeachment.
Barr hasn’t been hiding his feelings on Trump’s impeachment,
claiming that Democrats in Congress are “trivializing” impeachment and are using it as a “political tool.”
Barr’s loyalty to Trump is a “perversion” of his position as U.S. attorney general.
an inherent conflict in Barr’s designated role as the chief law enforcement officer of this country and his efforts to protect the man who gave him his job.
Barr, according to Akerman, is a “major player” in the obstruction case against Trump because
he advised the White House not to turn over the whistleblower’s complaint about Trump’s conversation with Zelensky.
Barr “should be performing no role here” because “he has a clear conflict of interest.”
members of Congress urging them to impeach Barr because
he has become a “threat to national security” and
has “violated his oath to the people he swore to protect.”
Barr has made clear that, first and foremost, he serves President Donald Trump’s interests and not those of the United States.”

tough guy
You did not.
As best I could. Your questions are flawed. You asked why I thought trump felt he was above the law and I don’t think he is nor do I believe he feels like he is.
What oversight to you think he is actually subject to by Congress then?
Why doesn't he just said the record straight using every legal avenue available to him?
He is subject to every bit of oversight by congress as every president before him. When Congress demonstrates that they want him removed from office by any means necessary, that line gets blurred. Dems shot themselves in the foot on this one.
You think he's above the law if he feels put upon.
The gun was in orange man’s tiny hand and he shot himself with that call.
He barely even knows Roger Stone.
Probably the best xmas gift any american ever received....
Trump impeached!
winning!
Around the same time Tuesday, Trump’s campaign launched a website aimed at helping Trump supporters win arguments with their relatives during the holidays. The site, snowflakevictory.com, includes videos of Trump campaign officials coaching Trump supporters on how to argue with “liberal snowflakes” about several issues, including impeachment.
Guess we know what Qhris is gonna be reading in Christmas...
Trump s so re ed they need coaching to win arguments
here is an example;
”why do you support a criminal lying piece of traitor?”
snowflake response: “hillary, obama, the economy, fake news, obama keep your doctor lie, deep state, whaaaaa!”
I've said many times that something is both hilarious and sad at the same time. There's nothing more hilariously sad than this.
